My Pledge to You!

An Oklahoma Employment Law Attorney Fighting for the Rights of Employees in Tulsa and Throughout Oklahoma

Some lawyers advertise that they have a friendly and cheerful staff of secretaries, legal
assistants, junior partners and other law office types staff to help you with your employment law case. I don’t. I practice by myself, with a large group of other independent lawyers. Together we occupy three floors of space in the Beacon Building in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have people who answer the telephones, we have people who do typing as needed, we have five conference rooms and all of the other "trimmings". But, we are all independent in our law practice. We share expenses to keep our overheads down.

So, if I represent you, that means I represent you. Not some law clerk or legal assistant or junior partner or some other "law office staff". You get me. When you come in, you may see other lawyers walking around, or sitting in their offices, but they are representing their clients, not mine.

You'll see law books in an old library, but no one uses them. I use the internet for legal
research. Law books cost tens of thousands of dollars to buy and maintain. I can do legal research on line, through the Oklahoma Bar Association, as part of my dues payment. Plus, I have been an employment lawyer in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over 30 years. I have been to dozens of employment law seminars. I have taught employment law in law school. I have lectured to groups about Oklahoma employment law. And I have talked to what now is probably thousands of people about employment law issues. I like representing working people. I like taking on Goliath on behalf of David if David is legally right. So, if you want me to represent you in an employment law issue, it will be you and me.
